Welcome to FlightSimWeekend!

FlightSimWeekend is an all-ages event designed for everyone with a passion for (virtual) flight! Whether you’re bringing the family for an exciting day out, taking your first steps as a young aspiring pilot, or you’re a seasoned cockpit builder, we are thrilled to welcome aviation enthusiasts of all generations to Expo Houten on 3 & 4 April, 2027!

To help you hit the ground running and make the absolute most of your visit to FlightSimWeekend, we’ve put together this quick starter guide with everything you need to know before stepping onto the exhibition floor.

FlightSimWeekend is an action-packed 2-day event, and there is plenty to see and do across both days!

The Full Weekend (Recommended):
If you want to take your time testing hardware, attending live developer talks, exploring homebuilt cockpits, and catching up with community members without rushing, grabbing a Weekend Pass is your best option.

Single-Day Visit (Saturday or Sunday):
If you can only join us for one day, Saturday is historically our busiest day with extended hall hours and the fullest presentation line-up. If you prefer a slightly more relaxed atmosphere to chat one-on-one with exhibitors or bring younger family members, Sunday is a fantastic choice!

Discord is the primary meeting ground for the flight simulation community, available for free on both mobile and desktop. By joining the official FSWeekend Discord server, you can start connecting with other visitors long before doors open!

Why you should join our Discord before the event:

With dozens of exhibitors, custom home-built simulator rigs, and live stage presentations, a quick bit of planning goes a long way!

The vast majority of FlightSimWeekend is fully hands-on and walk-up ready.

You don’t need advance reservations to test out new yokes, try VR headsets, or sit inside custom-built cockpits. Just walk up, take the controls, and chat directly with the creators!
